My wife was very happy with them. My wife was happy with the price. I thought the quality of their work was very good. They did it in the amount of time they said they would do it. They were very professional. I think only one person did the job. We only had 2 sides of the house that needed it. It was a 2 day period to finish. We had some mold. It was quite a big area.

Mario cleaned out the plugged gutters and washed 3 exterior windows that I could not reach. They were very prompt at coming over and giving me a quote and they were true to the quote. Mario very helpful in coming inside to look at my windows for me to give advice on cleaning from the inside.

I would call them again.

We are very pleased with the work performed by Northern Reflections.  The windows they washed are perfectly clean.  They are very thorough, but also efficient.  The gentlemen who performed the work were very nice and personable.  They even washed a few extra windows at no extra charge (the ones that got wet when power washing that were not included in the original estimate).  They are fabulous and we will definitely be calling them again!

He was fast and thorough. He came out quick. He did a good job. I didn't understand that every pane added up to a window. I'm not sure if I would use him again because it adds up fast. I didn't understand the terms of the contract.
