We purchased our home in 07/2007 but a contingency of the sale is that the old owners have an ejector pit installed in the basement. We received 2 estimates and the old owners choose Mid West Plumbing to perform the work. Everything has worked fine for 2 years. Now something is wrong. We tried to contact Mid West but nobody answered so we left a message explaining the situation and asked for a call back. Nobody ever called back. I called them again and spoke with someone on the phone who said Bill was supposed to call us back. She said she would forward another message to Bill. Bill called back later that day and I explained the situation. He said he thought they were pretty maintenance free and would have to check into what could be causing the problem then call me back. He never returned my call. I called him again to explain I thought the issue may have been caused by recent flooding in our basement. He said that wouldn't have caused it but would still look into it. Again, Bill never called me back. It seems Mid West is perfectly willing to install a product but not service the product when issues arise. We have given up on contacting Mid West and are going with another company. I would not recommend Mid West Plumbing to anyone.
