very step of the way this company failed to communicate. They sent the quote to the wrong email address. When I followed up and confirmed scheduling and inquired about weekend hours - which were not posted on the quotation they were very rude and responded “well you can pay overtime”. So I scheduled to take off work for this installation. They confirmed and told me 8am. On the day of installation- nobody showed. Not one one email text or phone call from anyone in this company. I called every phone number from Bob, Bryan, and the office and never received a single call back or response to any of my emails. This company has no communication skills they don’t know how to interact with customers and are extremely unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My advice take your business somewhere else where they actually care about their customers and quality of service.

The gentleman that came was very professional, did the work quickly, and everything went well. Originally the call was for replacing the bathroom fixture and he finished that quickly. I checked about installing the outlet and he completed that right away as well.

Did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. Needed an extra job done as the utility company said my ceiling light was flickering because of a bad fixture and posed a fire hazard but they did not have time to put that in.

The electricians who did the work were quick, thorough, and great problem solvers. Due to the limited access to an "attic", they had to fish the wiring through the insulation -- and also solved the issues of a house that had the ceilings covered with drywall and
plaster which made cutting the holes very difficult.
They explained what they were doing and asked questions when necessary to make sure they were meeting our needs.
The result is beautiful lighting, well installed and we couldn't be more pleased.
We will definitely use Gleasons for other electrical needs.

Bob came and gave us an estimate in June - 2012. We put off the first project until this year, and he honored the price he bid in June. His crew came out, worked efficiently, cleaned up after they completed tasks. They were a pleasure to work with.

Very fast installation with very little interruption.

I've never seen such professionalism. There were some difficult situations, but they did a flawless job and left no mess behind. I wish I had that kind of experience with others.

He did a good job for us; I was quite pleased with his work. The work was done very cleanly, uniformly, and all to code. He knew exactly what to do, he made the circuits to snuff, and he checked out our box to make sure we weren't exceeding capacity. He was neat, he picked up everything well, and he was very professional. He came right away for the quotes and he got the work done before I thought he would. I would definitely use him again.
