Cedar Rapids Millwork Co

They where delivered more than a month later on 05/07/2013. I had a friend help me install them on 05/10/2013. The first straight one was installed with no problems. However when we where trying to install the "L" shaped bar countertop we discovered it was 1" or more out of square. I immediately called the counter top salesman at Cedar Rapids Millwork (Jamie Smith). He came to my home to check out my problem on 05/13/2013. He agreed with me that it was out of square by at least an inch. He even took pictures of it while I held a square up to it. He told me he would order a new one and I should have it within a week. A week came and went with no replacement. I called Jamie asking him what was up. He said he would check it out and let me know. He called me back and told me there would be a truck to pick up the out of square top and have it rebuilt and it should be back the next day. Pick up was scheduled for before noon on 06/03/2013. No truck arrived before noon so I call again. He said he would call me back. No call. Truck did arrive later in the afternoon. It looks like he never did reorder a new one as promised. What his intentions where I will never know. It has more than two months to get a useable top for my bar when I was told 2-3 weeks. I have tried at least 3 times to call the plant manager (Kevin Clauson) but each time they said he was out for the day, and they would have him return my call when he returns. He has never called.
