they were good when they ACTUALLY SHOWED UP!!!!! seceratry that answers is AWFUL and unprofessional!

Ron Murphy, owner of the company, came out to figure out why our furnace smelled hot. He found the electrical fan motor had a problem. He took the motor with him to his shop to find a replacement.
I've called him daily since his estimated day he believed he would get the new motor in.
No returned phone calls with any information on our motor.
We have no furnace in late January - we have no motor - and what hurts the worst is we have no communication.
POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!
