Friendly interaction, they give me a discount as a long time repeat customer and carry the heavy boxes of chlorine jugs to the car for me. It seems to me their customers are often pool servicers rather than owners. The atmospere seems more "wholesale" than the fancier pool store closer to my home, which does not carry liquid chlorine and charges $15 for water testing.
