They did really good until they sub contracted a company to replace the padding for the pipe. They had to take out the carpet. They put in the height pad and now when you walk around you can tell it’s uneven. I have called them many times to come back out and they have never come back out. There were some guys that came out to move some of our furniture and they could tell it’s uneven.  They did not stand behind their work or the subcontractors work and they should have.

They did not do inventory on my belongings before they put in storage. When they brought my belongings back to me I noticed that they ended up stealing about $5000 worth of belongings from me. I even took them to small claims court to get my belongings.

It didn't do very well at all. They didn't inventory anything. I had called them three times to come out and do the job they were supposed to do, and it still never got done. I have had to take them to court. This has cost me $120, my wife had to miss out on work for the whole day. $2886 worth of things were missing after this whole ordeal. I had spoken with them numerous times starting in October, and still, nothing has been taken care of. They even misplaced all of the Christmas ornaments that my wife and I made in grade school, and even the ones that my children had made in grade school.
