Jeff Kirchoff and his sons make up Kirchoff Paint and Stain in Grimes. My brother, who is a small home builder, utilized Jeff to paint and stain the interior of my new home in 2005. The quality of the work was outstanding and the price was extremely reasonable. Since our first contract with Jeff, we have referred him to our parents to assist with their deck staining, had Jeff paint the interior of our basement during a remodel in 2007,and stain our very large deck which measures over 1500 sq. ft.
Jeff and his sons are delightful to have around, and since I run my business from home that is extremely important. Recently, I called Jeff about some black mold that had formed on my exterior deck due to constant rain this Spring. I was concerned about the effect of this mold on my greyhound who is undergoing chemo. Jeff arrived within 30 minutes and evaluated the problem and set up a time to return and fix the problem. He was as concerned for my greyhound as I was!
Jeff and his sons are gifted painters, very friendly and priced right. I have recommended them to at least a half dozen friends and family.
