It worked out fine. It was quick and easy. I had no problems.

I have used their service before (from an Angie's list coupon - air conditioning service).  They provided great service in the past, so I called them first when I needed a gas line installed for a new stove.  They responded quickly and had someone come out to provide an estimate.  While the gentleman was inspecting where to place the gas line he also noticed that when I had remodeling work completed this summer in my basement there was no cold air return installed in the great room.  So, in addition to the gas line I had a cold air return installed.
The only snag in this installation was that I spoke to the serviceman prior to the Thanksgiving holiday and was told that they would call me back after the holiday with a time/date of installation.  That didn't happen; but when I called they were able to get the installation prior to the delivery of the stove.  
I will definitely use this service again.  They are watchful and notice potential problems issues and discuss them with me.  I really appreciate this.

I purchased the big deal and he was fine.  He came out and did a very thorough job.  I was happy with him.  There was nothing bad about him.  I didn't really have any questions for him because the unit is only two years old.  It was a good price.

It didn't cost anything because it was part of the warranty.  Overall, it was great.  They did a nice job.  The only problem was we had to argue and buy before they finally decided that we're at fault and send somebody to fix it.  Getting to that point; it's not so good.  They didn't make any mess or anything when it comes to clean-up.  They did their work but I wasn't happy with their company.  The service guy did a great job.  The service guy is good in communicating.

The service provided was adequate and the appointment time was kept.The only problem was a less than prepared person who may have just been new to the job.For an example only bringing 25 foot of hose to wash the A/C unit outside.This residence has a smaller than average yard and the hose was way too short to do the job of cleaning that is one of the main reasons for hiring them.Also not bringing a dust pan and broom for cleaning up after.He just seemed a little under prepared, maybe the problem lies in his supervision

Zach from Heartland Heating and Cooling arrived early which was great. He explained everything he was going to do and started his 20 point air conditioning tune up. I was very impressed with Zach. Zach was super friendly, professional, very respectful, and extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did a fantastic job. Zach even gave me suggestions about the furnace. I am very impressed with Heartland Heating and Cooling and their technician Zach. I would definitely hire them again, recommend them to my family and friends, and recommend them to everyone who reads this. I also would request Zach to be the technician.

Performed annual inspection and tune up of geothermal HVAC system.

They seem to know what they are doing. They are clean and do not make a mess. They were on time. Pricing seemed fair to me.

The tech arrived on time and was efficient and professional.  He thoroughly reviewed the checklist of items he checked/serviced.  I was very pleased with his attitude and advice.  My price was so incredibly cheap because I had a livingsocial.com voucher, but the company treated me as though I was paying the full price.  I will be happy to call this company for service in the future.
