Came on-time, assisted in many ways, loaded and unloaded quickly, nothing broken. Very pleasant experience for a dirty job.

We hired a team of three and they arrived around 8:30. Included in our move quote was the cost of travel, which meant we were billed from the time the team left DSM, until the time they left the new location. The day before the move, we had our friends help us move all of our boxes from the 2nd floor and the basement to the main level to make the move go faster. The guys did a great job, even working through some tough furniture/door issues. They had some handy tricks that now we use, too, to move furniture in the house. When appropriate they blanketed and/or wrapped some furniture items. The team was professional and comfortable asking us questions, especially about where to place items in the new home. They worked with us when our original furniture placement was not working out and we also trusted their expertise/experience when advising us there was a couch that would never make it in the new house! There was one item that was broken but as soon as it was discovered, they contacted their office and were working on ordering a replacement part. The service and apologies regarding the broken item, was top notch. I actually held off in writing this review, until the replacement part had arrived and been installed. It took just about a week for the new part to come in and then one of the move team and maybe the owner (not sure as I was not home) came back, installed the part and ensured the item was working fine before they left. All in all, we would hire them to move us again and recommend them for your next move.

Tom an the guys did our move in town quickly and easily, they are very professional and offer suggestions as needed.
We needed a mover and have several options available to us but Tom is a local guy and has a great reputation.
Called him the week prior to the move and confirmed the price and he instructed us as to how the labeling would be beneficial for the guys on the day of the move (two thumbs up on that hint).
This may seem as a common item but to those of us who move very little the newbie comes out big time and we liked the professionalism he exuded.
Came when he stated and got right to work prepping and packaging the items, loaded and moved them to the new house. At the new house he padded the doorways, floors and carpets so not to damage anything.
When the job was complete he cleaned up the items he had places and could not tell he had been here. (could have helped unpack) ;-)
All in all we appreciate their patience with us and insight to give suggestions to us so that the experience was less traumatic.
We would highly recommend them to anyone with the need to move locally or long distance.

They came out and estimated the move and actually provided service a day earlier than planned due to a cancellation. We had so much stuff and were not ready to move - they came back a few days later after we were more prepared to get everything out. They are wonderful to work with. Friendly and so flexible. We will and have used them again!

.They were professional. They were on time. They wrapped all of the furniture, nothing was broken, and everything was put where my sister-in-law wanted it. They were just super to work with.
