It was terrible  -Walk-In shower install was complete (2 days) on 5/28/2015 and went OK - we are happy with that part, BUT, two  months later there is absolutely no progress on installing the new flooring or building and installing the Oak cabinets - daily phone calls produce no results - stopping at their office and talking with the Production Manager has not made any difference to their indifference - do not waste your time and money with these people

The shower delivered is not the color ordered.  This was ordered on September 4th and has still not been completed on 27th October (door and bench).
A handicap accessible shower was ordered on 9-4 with a promise of 3-4 weeks completion, it has been almost 8 weeks and it is not
completed yet.  When I told Mr. Herrera (Oct 27th) it was the wrong color he insisted again it was my fault and I should pay the remaining balance of  $5993 (1/2 of contract) before the work was completed.  The contract says payment on completion and acceptance.
I said no I will not pay until it is what we ordered. 
He immediately threatened me by stating he will put a lien on my house.  And this is due to their mistake.  Mr. Herrera is acting like a criminal thug threatening me and my family.  I want this ripped out and the correct shower installed.  Is this how this company does business with the retired and elderly?   Yes this actually happened.
I will settle for nothing less than a replacement of the wall in the correct color.  The shower pan can stay, but the walls require replacement.  An apology from Mr Herrera and from the owner Michelle Pagano is required.
