Tokk substandard pictures sid he would be back to take better but never did. Asked him to sign a performance contract which he never lived up to.  listed the house and brought in an offer in the last 4 days of listing. Did not not do proper follow up and agency and broker did not check proper checks and had to pick up $2,000.00 worth of charges however tried to acuse seller (me) for problems. Meeting in officwe resulted in finger pointing by agent and broker yelling at me Chad Shoneman. Walked out of office after confronting them and they ponied up with the money. Poor comunication!!! Deals with seller by intimidation. Luckily I was a former agent in different state and had great advise from former colleges. Still limited communication and education as to the problems with transaction! I would not recomend this agency to any one after speaking to others that have listed with this agency. All show and noo go! Very Poor backup of the agents Broker who is suposed to educate and set the standard and is a hot head!  In all fareness I used an atorney that was also incompetant but a  knowledegable broker  should have intercepted the problem! They have no longterm knowledge and proceedures! They seem to have a history of listing the property but do not have the ethical experience to protect their client!
