Roy Kool was very prompt in showing up to provide us an estimate for the work and then showed up ahead of schedule to perform the work. He provided sound advice on down spout locations and the quality of the work was exceptional. He was very friendly to talk to and very professional. His overall cost was what he estimated. We have mature maple trees around our house and appreciate the gutter guards being installed. We are very satisfied with the work completed!

Mr. Kool was professional and extremely helpful from start to finish. He: - listened to my job needs and concerns including budget needs - made outstanding recommendations and communicated his reasons for them - made an estimate for the job quickly following my job needs - showed up and was ready to work when he stated he would - was very conscious of keeping the worksite clean and safe before, during and after the job - completed the job on time with no surprises (hidden costs) I HIGHLY recommend this contractor!
