Work was completed in one day and the gutters look pretty good. Its not perfect, and they only installed one commercial downspout when I paid for two, but they did do other work that I wasn't charged for (redirected water flow from the upper gutter system and rehung a newer gutter we had taken down when rebuilding our garage but that didn't need replaced). The rate was competitive with other companies. I have used Superior Siding for other jobs as well - windows and insulation - and I had similar experiences. Overall, you get what you pay for. Its not "superior" in quality by any means, but it is perfectly decent and adequate. Biggest complaint is the call-back response time after leaving a voice mail. I usually I had to call several times and leave several messages before anyone would call me back.
