Noticed a water leak under the vanity and gave the provider a call. I knew the faucet needed replaced anyway. Lucky for me they were able to do it the same day. They've done work for me before and always do a great job.

I contacted them, they came out same day, evaluated the issue with the A/C, made 2 recommendations, which I chose to replace the unit. They ordered the unit, and the next Friday, the installed it and cleaned up all their mess. Unit works great, it is quiet, I got utilitity rebate on the unit, and very happy with the service provided.

Called for service on a warrantied part of our water softener. (We knew what was wrong with it and were able to identify what would need to be replaced). The plumber showed up and replaced a faulty timer in under 5 minutes. We were charged for 1.5 hours labor. When I called to inquire why the bill was so high, I was told its because they charge for the time it takes from when they leave the shop until they return. I acknowledge that I live 30 minutes from the shop, but $57.00 an hour for drive-time is outrageous! I haven't had a problem with their work and they were prompt about fixing the problem, but I would only use them again if I lived right next door.

The plumber came to my house around 10am the day after I called. He was able to take care of both drains. He completed the work quickly and was courteous enough to clean up inevitable mess. The plumber didn't even complain about my dog attempting to help fix the problem by trying to climb under the sink with him! I haven't had a problem with my sink since. I will definately use this plumber again!
