Rick Jones, in a detailed and profession format created a estimate for a dream computer for me. This computer consisted of a 1TB harddrive, quadcore processor and many other goodies. He ordered the parts immediately after I paid and him and 1 week after the parts arrived at his shop he called and left me a message stating that my computer was done and was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the shop he politely invited me downstairs to where he works on computers and explained some of the new features that my computer had. Including but not limited to, how to get into the BIOS, set fan speed, how to make sure that i was protected while surfing the internet and he was very helpful in answering all my questions that I needed answered. I would just like to Thank Rick Jones for building me the best merchandise possible at a reasonable price.
