On the day of the inspection, Don arrived approximately 15 minutes early and after introductions, he went straight to work. He was extremely thourough and did an outstanding job during the inspection. He answered all of my questions and explained everything as he went. He systematically checked every part of the 4000sf home inside and out from top to bottom. The inspection took approximately 3 hours. The resulting 64 page report, which he got to me in less than 24 hours, included detailed descriptions of all findings, recommendations, descriptions of all appliances and equipment present in the home including make, model, and year it was made/installed in the home when possible as well as current codes and laws that would have to be followed for the various upgrades I plan on doing in the house that I discussed with him.
Don was so thourough that even my realtor wanted to know where I found him. Overall, I am very pleased with his work and not only would I recommend him to others, but I would hire him again myself.
