TIM'S HEATING AIR CONDITIONING

I rely exclusively on Tim's to service my existing boiler system and any other plumbing needs that arise. The technicians are great and fix things the first time. I am so glad I found this company because of my old and complex my heating system. They really get it done. THis time two old valves were cust out and replaced. The system was inspected and repairs were verified before they left. They even cleaned up and talked to us at length about maintenance and options to improve elements of our existing system without trying to sell us an expensive new system. I'm sure they provide that too when the time comes but I really liked the practical approach. Thanks guys!

excellent on the service, bid on new system never happened. Hard to pay the bill, back office way behind in billing and were not very responsive.

The gas line was not done to code and they had to redo it. They charged me for BOTH visits. Also charged me to 2 people coming to disconnect the water when only one person came. I called, wrote a letter, paid only part of the bill asking for an adjustment, did not hear back. Simply got another UNadjusted bill for the unpaid balance. I have used Tim's for many years, I am very disappointed that they are so careless and unresponsive to a good, long-term customer. I have always paid them promptly and in full in the past. I will not be using them again.
