Terrible. We will not use nor recommend Ambient Control ever again. While the service people were nice, they weren't prompt, very professional and we felt not knowledgeable about the product he was asked to repair.

We call him and it never take long to get here. He always stops and looks the situation over, and if it needs immediate attention, he does it if not he orders the part. There response time is great.
