absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. The receptionist is rude and its pretty clear she does not actually pass along our requests as the owner didn't know any thing when I called him directly. We've called 5 times now and still haven't received a receipt from our roof that was done mid July. We can't get our insurance money until we get a receipt.

They worked on half the roof at a time, tarped the whole area, including the windows on the neighbors' home (city lot). They were done in a short amount of time (5 days). They were not able to exactly match the beadboard on the porch of our 112 year old home, but it is hard to find the dimensional lumber, and they salvaged as much as they could, and the match is VERY close! Every evening the cleaned the entire area, and magnetic raked for nails. I's beautiful, and the price was right.
