Ceramic Tile Service, Carpet Installation
D&C Allfloors sold me defective carpet, told me from the beginning that they would "take care of me" and they never did. They gave me the run around for almost 3 years, displaying terrible customer service, and even rudeness, and then when it finally came down to replacing my carpet, it never happened. During the whole process, I felt that they were hoping I'd just drop the whole thing. I even had to be the one to contact the sales rep that sold them the carpet and it took 5 months just to have him come look at it. Of course I was told that his company wasn't responsible. All this time D&C assured me that I would receive new carpet. I finally picked out a more expensive carpet which the owner quoted me a price, then he jacked up the price at the very end, so much that I gave up. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau but D&C never responded to the allegations. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
