TIMBER PINE TREE RANCH

Purchased 19 arbivide trees and 4 other trees last summer. All the arbivide were dead this spring and all had a 1 year guarantee. Been trying to get this addressed since April 2022. It is now the end of June. I have never been able to talk to the same person. Each one has a different story. Been lied to 3 times. And had one sales person tell me she was directed to put me off and not respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a complete rip off and no customer service or follow through on guarantee. Spent 4000.00 and still have 19 dead trees in my yard.

I really like them. They were professional and did an excellent job. I got wonderful comments on the landscaping that they did for us.

Just over a week after the purchase we got a call from the scheduling office inquiring if it was okay to come and do the planting. As the utility markings had already been done, everything was all set to go.
The three man crew arrived later that afternoon as scheduled and removed a dead sapling (from a previous nursery) and planted our lilac tree and two fire bushes. The crew was courteous, professional, and efficient. The foreman gave me some instructions on follow-up care for the plants installed and pointed out some other areas on the property that may need some attention in the future.
I am extremely pleased with the transaction from beginning to end. If this experience can be repeated again for future nursery purchases and installation, I will look forward to working with them again.

They just came and did the work on my front lawn a week ago. They also re-seed, spray pesticides and insecticides etc. I need to keep up with them sometimes and they do keep changing the people who come into work. Sometimes they try to do the whole lawn which isn't there fault but I only ask them to just work in my front yard and won't let them in the backyard.
