This plumber was caught on tape snooping around in my house in areas he had no business need to be in. He took advantage of a 3  minute window when no one else was in the house to explore every room in the upstairs presumably to identify what valuables were available. The disposal he was working on was in the kitchen downstairs not upstairs in the bedrooms. Within seconds of the baby sitter leaving the house he checks to make sure she's gone and then runs upstairs and spends a full minute up there looking into multiple
rooms. He comes down after 60 seconds, looks out the windows and runs back upstairs for another 30 seconds. When he comes down a second time you can hear him breathing hard / trying to catch his breath. I immediately called him and told him to get out of my house which he did. The plumber / owner's name is Justin Tigges. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this person's services. Disposal works fine.

The job never started.  I could never get a phone call back from MPT to make an appointment to get the quote on the electrical work I need done.

My wife and I hired MPT Electric and Plumbing based upon a referral from a trusted contractor.  The job consisted of installation of a vent for a basement bathroom.  The son Justin came to our house to complete the work.  We believed everything went fine until after Justin left.  Shortly after arriving on the job, Justin asked to use our master bathroom because he had drank "a lot of pop."  This was a little odd since most contractors do not use your facilities.
My wife has a prescription for narcotic pain killers.  She counted her pills before Justin arrived and again after Justin completed his work.  There were approximately 50 pills missing from two bottles.  We contacted Justin by telephone to request that he return our pills.  He denied taking the pills.  However, he was the only person in our house during the time the pills disappeared.
We have called law enforcement and filed a police report.  We have also contacted the contractor providing the referral and he has apoligized and indicated that he will not be making a referral for MPT Electric and Plumbing in the future.  We will also be contacting the father Mark to make him aware of the situation.
