Way over the projected price. Two teams would come and go, and redo what the other had done; I got to pay for the time of both. Estimates given for time needed and cost were never close ("one week" took two months, "$17,000" became "$30,000"). Maybe with some business maturity under his belt, this will get better. Bottom line is the work was good, but the ability to stay on site and on budget were not good. Get a firm bid and firm deadline date.
