I bought a home in 2009 - the home was built in 2004 and the septic tank had never been cleaned since. The leech field was showing signs that it was time for a cleaning - the grass was growing like crazy when the surrounding was struggling with the dry season we had. I called to set up a time and the gentlemen I spoke to was flexible and honest. He told me that I could save some money if I uncovered the septic tank cover and even showed my wife approximately where it would be before I started digging up my yard. Once I dug up the tank cover, I called and he squeezed me in within 3 days. The service was quick and painless.
