It was supposed to take 45 minutes. They finally got the car back to me 2 hours later. Then after inspection there were several issues, among them the rims on the tires which weren't even attempted to be clean. They took it back to clean it better, and I waited another hour. It still had issues but I had to go, I was late for an appointment and not very happy at all. The manager did come out and talk to me, and gave me a $20 off coupon.
