Description of Work: Paid in Advance, he walked out not once, but twice. Flooring job not done two rooms, workbenches not done, messed up the paint on the walls when he took off the trim, apparently he didn't like me telling him that he should have used a razor blade. Kept NOT showing up, used a circular saw to cut Mannington vinyl flooring....all you need is a utility knife, made a mess out of my driveway, walls (screwed up the pain when removing the trim). I paid him up front, cash, and neither of my rooms are finished because he made a pile of scraps (driveway) and my Dad threw those out, he acted like a child and gave me his opinion on my personal matters when I told him I never wanted them. He also fixed my American Standard toilet and I had to pay Rousch to come and do it right...so it would finally stop leaking. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
