I called Roto Rooter late at night on sunday afternoon and spoke with the secretary that was going to foward the call to the technican. The technican then called me and set up a time. He arrived within an hour. Inspected and Troubleshooted the job and then solved my issue. Being that it was the weekend and late night i thought i was going to be charged more but it was the same price as day time .He was very prompt and respectful of his job. Would definitely recommend to anyone and use in the future.

Roto-Rooter was prompt. They were a bit pricey but they did a good job of finding the problem. I would use them again in the future.

Professional service was performed. Cleaned up when they were done and knew exactly what they were doing. will use and recommend them to my friends and family.

They came on the weekend when they are not normally scheduled to work. They called me at the time they said they were going to call. They showed up on time. The guy was in and out really fast. He was professional and courteous. It was a good experience. I would give them the best rating overall. The price was the only issue I had with them. I would use them in the future.

He hardly looked and said oh camera won't fit and wanted to just run machine. OK fine he did that and left a big mess but got the clog out. When it was time to fix the leak he said "You need a plumber to do that." He said his father-in-law was the plumber and couldn't come till Thursday. They misrepresented themselves saying they could unclog the drain and fix the leak that day. I didn't even get someone who knew how to change the drain to fix the leak.. I told them there was a leak and needed to fix it that day ( hey it is a rental unit and we are landlords not slumlords) I called the company to talk to the boss ( his father-in-law). He never bothered to call me back but his "son-in-law" stood behind the truck talking to him for a good ten minutes. Than his son-in-law says he will call you but he is busy right now. Yeah guess he is still busy. I had called several plumbers to find one that could do the job that day. Guess what I had to start all over and fine a plumber that could come and fix the leak that day.
