I use their service department because it’s excellent. I know that they are a little expensive so I might give them an “A” on the price, but to me it’s worth it because they know the car, they know the parts. Even if there is a mistake made or they get a new technician in there, they certify their work and they’re very responsive. I don’t think I’ve had a problem over maybe once or twice in the last 20 years. I would give them an “A” for price because to me it is worth it the peace of mind. I have used them for 20 years.

Our 1992 Cadillac was stalling at stop lights--but only after sitting overnight or while we were at work. TJ and the mechanics at Richardson kept after the problem, putting in a fix only when called for by their computer and then testing it. Meanwhile, we had a loaner, so we could get to work and back. Two times the car seemed to be fixed, was better, and then began to stall again. Our service rep TJ kept working with us, getting the car in to be serviced quickly, and keeping Richardson's best Cadillac mechanics at work sleuthing out the problem. Meanwhile, one of the electric windows got stuck open. TJ helped me get it up, we stopped using it (instead of getting it fixed for $500), and our old caddy was back on the road, rain or shine--for no charge. I recommend Richardson Motors for the little touches, like help with the window, and for the big finishes, like being able to drive our car again worry free.

Went in for LOF and mechanic noted slight uneven wear on the tires which were pointed out to me. That repair was scheduled the next day and completed while I waited.

They were a good dealership, but I think they should have negotiated more on the price of our new vehicle--instead they simply said--and quot;No, the sticker price of the car is what we sell it for..and quot;--Later we learned from another salesman that this was not so.

We purchased our used vehicle there, before purchase there was an issue with the parking break they repaired the issue in record time. We've had the vehicle 3 months with no issues!

I always used to get my Nissan Altima serviced at the Kruse Warthan auto services. However, once I had a bad experience with their oil change and did not get a proper response when I called them. I moved to Richardson and never changed my mind. They are very professional, timely and always give the feeling that they try to do the best for you. One big thing is that they never force you or intimidate you with any untoward service you may need. Their prices are very nominal and usually lower than the others. I ended up buying my second car a Honda Civic due to their exceptional service and also due to their pleasant sales department. I worked with Todd Fay at their sales and Jason in their service department. I would recommend both for any of your needs. Thanks.

The auto technician found that our brake caliper had fallen off and we never noticed. The fixed it for free, just charged us for the bolt(?). The guys there are always straight forward with us and work with us when moneys tight!

They processed the key on the spot for a lower price that I might have otherwise paid at another location. I was directed to the service department and waited for several minutes while the key was made. The service area does not have a comfortable waiting area, not even any chairs, though admittedly most customers probably come in for much more expensive and time-consuming services, and they probably wait in the lobby instead.
