I was able to secure lodgings fairly quickly when I first came to Dubuque, and was quite impressed by the construction of the buildings (I had had a chance to see them being built). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with quite good-sized closets, and a deep pantry in the kitchen area along with ample cabinet and counter space. I've had nothing but good dealings with the management company, who have been quite responsive when any small problems have arisen (which were few and far between). Of particular note is Jill Murphy, who is the first point of contact for tenants here. She has always been helpful and responsive to questions or concerns, and fair and honest in her dealings. I would still be staying at Radford Place were it not for a change in employment which require me to move from Eastern Iowa to Western Ohio.
