I have called them 5 or 6 times this past year. Their customer service is excellent and they are great people to deal with. I can clearly understand them on the phone. They are out to solve my problem 100 percent. It doesn't seem like it is just a job to them; it is what they are actually supposed to do. My 6 year old can actually go online and find children’s movies. If he doesn’t like it, he can turn it off 5 minutes later and find another movie. There is no additional charge. There are parental monitors but I don’t use that. They are a very valuable company for the services they provide.
