Our back yard was not draining properly. There were low spots that retained water and became muddy after rain storms. This created a lot of extra work for me with my two dogs who love to be outside. Eight muddy paws to wash every time they came back into the house was cumbersome to deal with. There also had also been a large amount of sand deposited in the yard to provide a base for an above the ground swimming pool that we had given away. The Nauman crew was very effective in regarding the yard. They removed the excess sand, dirt, and some shrubbery. They improved the drainage and worked with the new gutter and downspout crew to include some concealed drainage tile. Their work was concluded when they applied new sod. It looks great, drains very well and was well worth their fee. The crew was courteous and efficient and they listened to my concerns and suggestions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. CH

Chuck Naumann is a terrific, reliable landscape contractor. Oh, and he is a perfectionist! He was out there in the yard himselfmeasuring the precise distance between plants before they went in the ground. His prices are very reasonable and the work was excellent. My only regret is some of the plants selected are not what I envisioned, and in hindsight I think we got too many plants, too close together. However, overall, I am very happy with Naumann Nursery.

Chuck's team showed up in the morning, scraped off all of the rock, clay and other material in the yard that was preventing our lawn from growing properly. After carefully grading the newly applied topsoil, they 'hydroseeded' the yard and after only a few short weeks of watering and restricted access to the lawn, we had new grass!

It has been 10 months since the lawn was completely scraped and now, is one of the best looking on the block!
