They did a great job as I have no problems. They fixed it! They were prompt and efficient. They did everything they said they were going to do.

At first, they did not have an appointment the day that I needed to get in so I had to set my service date out. However, I then got a phone call stating that there had been a cancellation and wondering if I still wanted the earlier service date. I did not have to ask them to call. It was a very nice accommodation. They were able to get me in early and service took no time at all. The facilities are very nice as are the people.

Very pleasant and helpful. I took a long time and had a lot of questions and Jamie Sheridan was very accommodating, always got right back with me, and I am not always the easiest person to make a deal with. I was completly happy with my car buying experience, and love my car.

First off, I want to say that I have purchased a car from them. This review is not about the sales department, only the service department. I have nothing to say negatively about the sales department. They were fine.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and service. When I drove away, my cruise control didn't work. After work I called them to see if they may have done something during my oil change that would cause the cruise control to stop working. They put my on hold and said they would talk to the person who did the work. He got back on the phone and said, no, they didn't touch the cruise, but they can look into it for me. I asked if they would charge, and he said yes, it would be a $100 diagnostic fee. I said no and hung up.
I then called a Ford dealer my mom works at which is far away from me. I talked to her service department and they said that my vehicle has a recall on it that requires they unhook the cruise control until a part comes in that they can install.
I then called Mike Finnen back and told them my findings. It caught the gentlemen of guard and there was silence. I then asked him to verify that it was a recall, he did. I then asked for timing details of the recall since I wasn't even told in the first place.
So my three issues with my visit:
1.) Recall work was performed with out my knowing, and they unhooked my cruise control and didn't tell me
2.) When I called to ask about it, they tried to charge me $100 to bring it in to diagnose.
3.) I must have been lied to when he put my on hold to go check with the person who did the work. He obviously didn't check with that person, or even worse, that person didn't know what he was doing.
Again, the sales are fine. If you are going to buy a car there, I have no problem recommending it. But as far as trust in the service department. No way.
I now only take my car there for oil changes, since it was purchased there I get free oil. If they say something else is wrong with the vehicle, I don't allow them to fix it, and take it else where.
