These men were polite, considerate, and willing to answer all questions that I had.  I offered to let them come into the house while they were waiting due to the extreme cold,  and they said no,  they "were used to waiting in the truck.  don't want  to mess up my house."
These men were true professionals.  The man operating the backhoe could place the bucket precisely and scoop up a load of dirt/asphalt/concrete and dump it into the truck without losing a drop.  One man made sure to shovel all of the dirt back into the hole so none was left on the street.  They worked quickly and with a practiced hand.  McDermott is lucky to have them on staff.
