Rob was great! He was very nice and informative. He gave me details on another service & estimated the cost on site. Would totally recommend! On the way out, he even cleaned our outdoor mat without charge.

He was able to come in a decent time frame. Unlike a few weeks later from our usual cleaner. He did a great job removing stains, looked like new again. He showed up early. Communication was a little bit off, but it all worked out fine. I only my carpets Cleaned with the extractor,, not the brushes, and that's what he did without complaint.

I called Kramer Carpet Cleaning on referral from a friend. The call was answered promptly and professionally. I was given accurate information on cost and the service which would be performed. We made an appointment but unfortunately the service tech was about a half hour late for which he apologized saying he wrote the appointment time correctly in his book but had it in his mind for a half hour later. This has happened to me as well and I was fine with that explanation. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work, his professionalism, his explanation of the service performed as well as his people and pet skills. He cleaned all the air ducts in our home explaining the procedure beforehand and while performing the work. He also summarized the work when complete and estimated how much dust, dirt and filth was removed from the vents. After heating with wood for 30 years I felt reassured this was not only a service I needed to have performed but also that the service was accomplished well. I asked for extra business cards to share with my friends and family. I have no reservations what so ever personally recommending Kramer Carpet Cleaning to friends and family.
