Project was a great success. To begin the owner provided a quote quickly and made recommendations I had not yet considered. The work is SO much better than the first company I hired in 2016 to clean and strip my deck and stairs, clean the house and patio and re-stain and seal with a high quality product. I greatly appreciated the timeliness to project completion including a second coat and the warranty. The entire crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up debris well.

Elmer Robey and his crew did a professional thorough job of power washing the entire exterior of house, aggregate sidewalks/patio, driveway, mailbox, retaining walls and deck. They also stained the entire deck and sealed the aggregate sidewalks. They cleaned up after they were done and put our furniture back up on deck (we tipped 2 guys). We were overall very pleased with their work and would hire them again. We highly recommend Key City Powerwash and Maintenance!!

Elmer and his crew did an excellent job of power washing our home and deck. Professional, did an excellent job and and we are having him and his crew do a complete paint job on our home and attached garage and he will also be doing the 2nd floor deck staining job also. We are very please with their work and would recommend them to other people looking to have the job done quickly and professionaly. They are good hard working people.

They did what they were suppose to do very good. very satisfied with there service of cleaning up mold in basement area under a porch and sealing up a big crack tha5t probably was causing the mold. They are coming back next spring to do the house and deck etc... Thank you Key city

We were contemplating redoing our deck but after they finished it looks like a brand new deck. They even cleaned all the patio furniture so everything look new and beautiful. Can't thank them enough.

The workers arrived on time, performed the jobs requested, and left the deck and furniture as they found it. The deck was stabilized and the railing felt sturdy again. They also did a couple of other minor repairs requested and saved me a lot of time. Friendly and respectful. Ready to work!!
