KANE HOWE APPRAISAL SVC

The experience was great. We were able to schedule an appointment within a week and at a price lower than the competition. Loras met us at the property, on time, and went through the majority of the appraisal with us. He looked through every room in the house as well as the yarn/deck and took notes on a tape recorder for future reference. The only reason I rated him as a B for quality is because he didnt really inspect the out buildings more than visually across a field, just agreed they were in bad condition and therefore added little value. We had planned to tear most down soon if we purchased the home anyway. He was happy to answer any questions we had, and looked further into things we pointed out from prior visits. He explained to us what does (and does not) affect the value of a home similar our prospective country home, and homes he was comparing it to in the area. We had a very good feeling after, and he supplied us the paperwork within a few days. Very professional. Would hire him again.
