I took my husbands 02 dodge ram in to firestone to have and alignment and new tires and rims mounted, every one was respectful and professional. I left it there and waited for my call to come pick it up. I didn't get a call by 6:30 and the close at 7pm so I decided to go there and see if it was ready. they told me it would be ready soon, although the alignment was being difficult because my husband had just done front end work. Even though they closed at seven they remained working until 7:15 so that I didn't have to leave it over night. I was very satisfied. Also had my 2yo son with and they had nice toys to play with which was great.
