Dalsing Master Plumbing

Mr. Dalsing came to our house the same day I called, that evening, even though he had already finished a long work day. He figured out within 5 minutes what the problem was, and completely fixed it before he left that evening. I didn't know this plumber before this event happened, but he will be the first number I call for all future plumbing needs. He was very professional and courteous. The issue didn't take him much time to fix, so he said he wasn't even going to bill us--it was "on the house." Wow! That is unheard of these days.

I moved our washer/dryer away from the area. The contractor also noticed that the outside water hose was installed wrong (which I had replaced last year, by another plumber). They moved all the copper pipes away from the conduit, fixed the water hose connection, and put foam insulation around the piping runnindg to the outside, which the previous contractor did not do. The 2 contractors then cleaned up their mess and even moved the washer/dryer back. and hooked them back up!

Dalsing Master Plumbing promptly visited my location, review backflow valves and observed that I only needed the one back flow as the 2nd went to a residential dwelling. He contacted the city building department first to confirm that the backflow was NOT needed. He then promptly eliminated the 2nd backflow saving me future inspection cost and added a straight pipe in its place.
