Auto Body Work
We were in an accident in October, and we were referred to Brimeyer auto body by a neighbor, because we are not from Dubuque. I had heard really great things about the original owner. We just got our car back, with, other than the actual hood and bumper, more problems than the car has ever had. The system wiring had been ruined, so when we were told to pick up the car, all of the warning lights were on, including the engine light. Again, we had to leave our car there, only to pick it up with even more problems. Save yourself a lot of time, energy and headache by going somewhere else. I have never been so disgusted by such a lack of good customer service and and "skill".

Auto Body Work
They did a great job on my van, and even provided a loaner car. The repairs were done quickly and done well. The only possible negative is that I wish they had told me in advance that I would have to wait 90 days after repaint before I could get Armorall applied.

They replaced two doors and a lower panel on my car and the service was AWFUL! I was told by my insurance
company they would be VERY quick to fix if I went through Brimeyer
instead of the auto company where I purchased my car. It took them over
three weeks to complete, they did not call to let me know how things
were going, I was told they would call me and a week later had not heard
anything from them, so I finally called them and was told it would be
another week before they completed my car. They said new parts were put on my car (however the
inside was the exact same as it had been when I brought my car in, I
could tell because there were pop stains on the side)

"The 2 doors were replaced as per your insurance guide lines. The front door was a used door and the rear door was new. When you replace doors the inner panel is not included with the doors so you reuse those panels, that is why you see the same stains. If the inner panel is not damaged the insurance company will not purchase it. If you feel it should have been replaced you need to talk to your insurance company. As for the time it took to repair comparing the hours and the parts ordering it was not out of line for how long it took to repair it. I am sorry that you feel this way. If there is anything I can do, our work is guaranteed."

excellent work, honest and fair pricing, I took my vehicle there to get fixed. It took them a day, they were more then happy to provide me with a loaner, and they do really good work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
