Brannon Monument Co

The stone was gorgeous, but COSTLY!  After receiving a LARGE portion of the balance due, we were unable to make a couple payments.  My father went to visit the site and found that it had been REPOSSESSED by Brannon Monument.  When family members tried to contact the company, he would insist on speaking with my mother and hung up the phone.  He told the police that "we knew this was coming someday." Although we were not right in missing the payments, do they revoke your heart after a transplant if you cannot pay the bill after?  They tossed my brother's ASHES under the stone.  How very sad.  They are now adding MORE to the balance (as if we obviously could afford the last balance) for coming to get the stone and if we want it back, we must pay for him to deliver it AGAIN!  Contact to other family members would have been appreciated.
