A friend backed into me, Abra was the local preferred provider for his company

After the work was done, the jeep looked great. About two weeks later, however, it started to leak water from the windshield area. We took it back and they said found the leak and repaired it again. 3 more days in the shop. It was fine for a couple months, and again, started leaking. We took it back again and they again said they fixed it. 2 days in the shop this time. When we got it back you can see they put a ton of sealant in one area of the windshield. Now it is leaking again from the roof area they cut off. We took it back and they say they don't believe us that it is leaking water. They will not fix it. I give up. We will take it somewhere else. I do not recommend Abra to anyone needing physical repair. Their paint work was great but their repair work is lacking. They were polite the whole time, but when someone comes in and says their car is still leaking water and you flat out tell them you can't find the problem and don't believe them, that is poor customer relations. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes if it ends up being more than they are willing to pay.

They were not the cheapest quote in town but they were not willing to take short cuts, they wanted to do the job right. They also provided me with a loaner car free of charge while the repairs were being competed and were great at updating me on the progress of the repairs.
