 + -1 moreHe wasn't pushy but he just kept selling. We left with the vacuum that best fit our needs and it makes quick work at home.
Description of Work: Explained and demonstrated why our old vacuum cleaner was not worth fixing. Demonstrated a couple of new vacuums.

 + -1 moreI took my carpet shampooer to Windsor Vacuum because a neighbor highly recommended them. I took it in on 9/8 and the man I talked to knew right away what the problem was . When I asked him how much it would cost to fix it, he said that it would be about $15. He called me on 9/12 and said that it was fixed. When I asked him how much the bill was, he said that it was about $27. I picked it up on the 15th and used it the next day. It worked fine. I was a bit miffed, though, that the price was higher than the price he quoted me. If they did more work than what they initally told me, it would have been nice if they would have called me before doing it. Overall it was a good experience, but next time, I might check out one or two other places first before I decide whether to take my cleaner to Windsor Vacuum.
Description of Work: I took my Bissell carpet shampooing machine to Windsor Vacuum because the machine wasn't sucking up the water and solution that it put down. They replaced a part on it and it works great!

 + -1 moreGreat customer service on the phone when I initially called. Saturday hours work with my schedule. And, they can text message me when the service work is completed.
Description of Work: My vacuum cleaner was plugged and not working. They fixed this within a week and also got coverage through my warranty. Outstanding service!

 + -1 moreOne of the salespersons helped me find a good vacuum cleaner. Everyone here (mother, father, son) is knowledgeable about their product line. I am very happy with the vacuum cleaner I purchased. When it needed repairs, they were completed promptly and I was charged only for what was not under warranty. They also carry a great line of cleaning products and items specifically for vacuum cleaners. They are very nice.
Description of Work: I purchased a vacuum cleaner from this family-owned store. I also had a repair done on vacuum cleaner and bought some supplies there.
