OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. EVERYTHING WAS DONE OVER THE PHONE AND THROUGH THE MAIL, SO THERE WAS NO NEED TO GO INTO THE BANK. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WE ALSO BANK WITH THEM.
