+ -1 moreWells Fargo offered me a good deal to go with their services. They are a large company but my out of pocket expenses went down so I was happy. I think they're a pretty good company in retrospect.
Description of Work: Wells Fargo handles the mortgage on my small ranch home. I was not charged a large fee for paperwork and processing. I care not to divulge the exact amount. They transferred my mortgage without any points and dropped my interest rate.
