We love Toyota of Des Moines. Just bought our third Prius. I?ve got an ?07? that still runs great. We just bought a ?17? and we?ve got a ?13?, so we like those guys. Both service and sales departments are great to work with.

I have never had any issues with Toyota. They explain everything and they are very professional. I keep going back because number 1-They are Toyota, I like Toyota and number 2- they explain everything.

It was free. I have bought two cars from them, and I don't think I am going back. They moved out of my area that I didn't appreciate, they moved further away. I didn't like negotiating price with them on the last car. I thought they were very difficult to negotiate with. I felt they did a very poor job during the last service. They left the car outside, they said it was ready to go and it was in a place I could not drive away. They just totally blew it.

I am giving them a B, because they sometimes forget to reset my dashboard display and we have to go back to have them reset that.

I have no dislikes about their service and I would recommend them to anybody. They are prompt, courteous and they do what they say that they are going to do. I have not had any issues since the last service. I have been using them for several years now. They are a little more expensive than others but it is worth it.

It is easy to make appointments, easy to get in, and it is always done on time. I have never had issues. I don't use discount stores for my auto service, I just use Toyota, because I believe in using the manufacturers place to get your cars done.

Ian Davis has been knowledgeable and candid throughout the ten years I have had my 3 different Prius (Prii) worked on. He has actually saved me money through the years. You cannot take a hybrid Prius just anywhere to be worked on. Ian Davis is the only one I would entrust my Prius to. Friendly, honest, professional! Top of the top service!!

It's expensive, but they always fix the car. You can get an appointment and wait for it, or they will take you home. It's a $100 an hour for labor, but it doesn't take long for them to do things.
