It was fine. They were very good. I liked them. They were considerate. They did wonderful job.

We love Toyota of Des Moines. Just bought our third Prius. I?ve got an ?07? that still runs great. We just bought a ?17? and we?ve got a ?13?, so we like those guys. Both service and sales departments are great to work with.

I have never had any issues with Toyota. They explain everything and they are very professional. I keep going back because number 1-They are Toyota, I like Toyota and number 2- they explain everything.

It was free. I have bought two cars from them, and I don't think I am going back. They moved out of my area that I didn't appreciate, they moved further away. I didn't like negotiating price with them on the last car. I thought they were very difficult to negotiate with. I felt they did a very poor job during the last service. They left the car outside, they said it was ready to go and it was in a place I could not drive away. They just totally blew it.

I am giving them a B, because they sometimes forget to reset my dashboard display and we have to go back to have them reset that.

They were really good and they did the job faster then I assumed.

I have no dislikes about their service and I would recommend them to anybody. They are prompt, courteous and they do what they say that they are going to do. I have not had any issues since the last service. I have been using them for several years now. They are a little more expensive than others but it is worth it.

It is easy to make appointments, easy to get in, and it is always done on time. I have never had issues. I don't use discount stores for my auto service, I just use Toyota, because I believe in using the manufacturers place to get your cars done.

Ian Davis has been knowledgeable and candid throughout the ten years I have had my 3 different Prius (Prii) worked on. He has actually saved me money through the years. You cannot take a hybrid Prius just anywhere to be worked on. Ian Davis is the only one I would entrust my Prius to. Friendly, honest, professional! Top of the top service!!

They were professional and friendly. They washed my car before returning it. I needed a ride and they provided it.

Exceptional maintenance, it's very clean and they have a nice waiting area.

It's expensive, but they always fix the car. You can get an appointment and wait for it, or they will take you home. It's a $100 an hour for labor, but it doesn't take long for them to do things.

It was OK, I don,t understand how you can pre pay your maintenance, yet have it expire.

They did good job, but you have to take appointment. If you walk-in, they will take 3 hours to do simple oil change. This location is always full. Sometimes they don't call the owner when the car is ready. Once there was a leak, they said it is ok because my car was still under warranty.

I purchased a used Prius at the end of July this year. I was nervous about my somewhat impulsive decision (even though I had done the research) but the deal was so great, I didn't want to pass it up. I felt I got a great price on my trade in and a good price on my new purchase. A little more than a month later, I experienced a problem with my 16 volt battery and working with the Salesman (Vince) he was able to refund the expense I paid for that service repair (through Toyota Service Dept). I felt they were fair, courteous and professional.

The overall experience is always good at Toyota DM. They set the appointment and get you in when promised and most times, the car is finished quickly. I've used their transportation service and it's excellent; the drivers are great, very friendly and know where they're going. Most times, I've waited and they have a nice waiting area with t.v., coffee and in recent years, I take my laptop and do some computer work while waiting. The person that greets you and sets up the work is always professional and goes over what will be done. Most of our trips there have been for routine maintenance and they are prompt with the oil changes. With one visit, our Avalon had been in a wreck and the body shop didn't fix it correctly. Toyota DM found the real problem...the body shop didn't correct a wheel problem that caused shaking at speeds over 60 mph (could have been dangerous) and they corrected the problem and worked it out for the insurance company and body shop for payment.

The price was good. The quality of service was excellent. I would use them again in the future.

They are great. My Toyota has 125,000 miles on it and they have taken care of it all this time and it is still running.

It was okay. When I made the appointment, the service guy made it seem like it would not take that long to do. He made it seem like it would not take too long to finish, it ended up taking five hours or more. I was concerned that I would be late for work, it was just a bit disappointing for taking so long. They are the only Toyota dealer for new cars. The price is a bit much, but I am not sure someone else would be more expensive.

My wife always takes her car there and we use them for all of our family auto service. Their service department is really super. We will continue to use them and probably will buy our next car there.

Unable to get repairs or service scheduled. They are very very busy. Got everything done at the dealership in Ames on a Saturday and they were even nice to work with.

Avoid doing business with this dealership if at all possible!!!

We had moved recently from Muscatine IA where I purchased the van and had free oil for the life of the car. So oil changes used to cost anywhere from $12 to $18 depending on whether I needed a filter or not. This also included a car wash. In Des Moines, I could understand if they put in a labor charge, but not that much!! No car wash either. I won't go back there.
