+ -1 moreTip Top Construction put a new roof on our house. They tore off the old shingles, replaced rotten wood and redid the venting. Very fast and high quality services. Recommended a gutter company to replace gutters and downspouts. They also did an excellent job. We've had several heavy rains since then and no water running over the gutters.

+ -1 moreCouldn't have gone smoother. First rate company. Very efficient. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of roof replacement. Even asked if starting at 6 a.m. would be a problem.
Description of Work: Tip-Top Construction tore off the old roof on my garage and house and replaced them with new roofing felt, and 35 year shingles. Also added new roof vents to the house and garage, and tore down the old brick chimney and replaced it with a new metal one. Clean-up was spotless and ran the rolling magnet throught the yard at least twice to make sure they got all the old roofing nails out of the yard. All done in a day and a half. (12 hours total) Even worked on Saturday, due to the fact that rain was forecast for the following Monday.

+ -1 moreI thought everything went great. They came to my business to drop off samples so that worked out well for me. We picked out what we liked and what day we would be available and everything worked out. He made sure to leave my yard looking nice and he cleaned up the debris great. He even put in some new vents for us and didn't charge us more than the estimate.
Description of Work: They replaced the entire roof of the house. They completely tore off the old roof and replaced everything, including the shingles.
