determined cause of problem was a spring. Changed oil & did not sharpen blade. Was not charged for spring tune-up as one was not needed. (Blade was sharp) Work was promised in 2 weeks and was ready 4 days early.

The Angies List page said free pick up and delivery and when I went to pay they charged me $70 or some nonsense for transport saying that that special was seven years old and they would not honor it. Will never use Angie's List to make a serious decision ever again. Was completely let down.

We dropped the mower off at the shop. We explained what the mower was doing, ie; would start, but would die shortly after. They took our info and said they would call to let us know what was wrong before work was done. They call 5 days later, giving us the option of just rebuilding the carburetors, or doing a whole tune up including rebuilding the carb for about 20$ more. We had them do the whole tune up. They called 4 hours later and stated the mower was ready and did we want to pick it up or have them deliver it to us for free!!! They delivered within the time frame they quoted and we now have a mower that runs perfectly!
