Auto Body Work
OK, I am giving them one because the guys in the shop were cool. First off I have to retake it in to realign the headlights, eh no biggie it happens. But then I notice this, all the bubbling and peeling. Even above the headlights. I call to tell them, and I'm told, not our problem, we didn't fix anything but the bottom one, now one: if it needed both headlamps, I find it hard to believe the plastic grill was in mint condition, ok benefit of the doubt. But whatever, I am told by the gal answering the phone, not their problem. Their piece isn't bad, well if you look at the photos yes it is. Now I find it hard to believe a 2014 car that has had not 1 problem with the grill pieces just bubbles two weeks after it comes back and not only bubbles but falls off as well. You will see the ones when it was there then it wasn't. I called ford, and they informed me the same info, it didn't just bubble one day, something has caused it to do so, and just getting it back from the shop, well do the math. She didn't say come in, or ask the shop guy who fixed it, or even you need to call xxx-xx-xxxx or anything just sorry about your luck. It looks terrible and Ford said to contact the body shop. I have asked them for a statement that they are supposed to email me. It was not a defect from the shop as she said, there was something done causing what did stay on to bubble and look terrible. I hate writing this as the owner, our family has known for a while, we don't have BBQ's or anything together, but it still sucks. The shop guys were total;y cool, and I think had the lady answering the phone gave a crap, even a bit to make it right, the least she could have done is had a shop guy talk to me and tell me why it wasn't their fault, instead of not our problem. I am not sure of my next step I guess I will wait for the statement form Ford. I go there next week. BBB claim maybe IDK

It went very well. They weren't the cheapest but their estimate covered everything that needed repaired. The staff was very nice.

I would highly recommend this shop for your repairs! The work was done in a timely manner, they wash the car after the service, convenient night drop off, stress-free, hassle-free insurance processing.
