Tim Taylor met with me and did a free roof and siding inspection. He provided a comprehensive estimate and told me he would happy to be present when the insurance adjuster did his inspection. Tim shadowed the adjuster during his inspection and pointed out items the adjuster overlooked. Tim and the adjuster spent well over an hour on top of my roof in very hot temperatures as the adjuster was trying to say all of the hail damage was actually installation damage (7 year old roof). The adjuster finally agreed to a full replacement. Tim stayed in contact with and updated me on the scheduling during each step of the process. Taylor Builders crews were professional and polite. The crews did a respectable job of cleaning up at the end of each day. The only negative in the entire project was the amount of time it took for Tim to find the correct siding and vinyl window glaze replacement trim. The siding that the builder used was not a popular brand in the area and wasn't carried by Tim's distributors, he did manage to track it down and obtained more than enough for the damaged areas. The vinyl window glaze trim could not be located anywhere and Tim had to go to the manufacturer to get it. The delays were really not Taylor Builders fault.

Terrible experience, terrible quality of work, terrible communication. The person we had done an estimate with and talked to (the owner's brother) quit responding to texts. The owner let us know that his brother was no longer working with him. I thought this explained the lack of communication, but this was just the beginning. Within the first day of framing/drywall, two workers very loudly started arguing with each other in the room about how the job is supposed to be done. One threatened to quit, and the other told him to go ahead and walk out the door. Workers would show up at random times unannounced, or not show up at all. After work was performed one day, the owner couldn't be bothered to even close the door behind him, leaving our patio door wide open for hours. Trim work was delivered to our house randomly one day and left outside on the patio, with many dings and dents in it. Once the drywall was completed, the owner and company had to be called back multiple times to fix multiple gashes and dents they had made in the drywall while doing trim work. Heating vent was left not fitting on the wall, attached roughly by two large screws. The owner told us they couldn't do anything because that was HVAC and they don't do that (the vent had nothing to do with the duct system, they just didn't want to do it correctly). After all of this, a week after they completed, the brand new ceiling cracked and started falling down. Unsatisfied with any of the work they had done, we reached out to another contractor. When we told the owner that we had to have their mistakes fixed by another company, he said we should have called him and he demanded full payment by the end of the week. We essentially just had to pay for a renovation twice because Taylor Builders is incapable of doing the professional work they promise. Don't get ripped off like we did. Hire somebody, anybody else! Least professional construction company I have ever encountered.

At first it was fine, However within 2 years I had random pieces of siding falling off of my home. I contacted them several times to try to get the pieces replaced. I am even willing to pay. They ignored me, kept pushing me off, and told me they had a full schedule. They made it seem like sending em a simple email was too much trouble for them. I just want a couple pieces of siding replaced.

They are very fast, did the house in four days and the roof in one day, Clean up was adequate. Their was a few little things that need to have some attention and Tim sent the crew back out. I supervised so it was done the way I wanted it. Tim subcontracted the stone work out, and they didn't level the top ledge stone, which was out of level three fourth of an inch. I.had then come back and I supervised the job. Tim and Sam are easy to work with and very helpful in helping you decide the correct color combinations and material.. Right before they put the roof on my home, they did a tear off and roof replace on an apartment house I own..Two years before they did tear off and replacement of the porch roof on that building. The cost for the porch was $3,000 and the cost for the building which is extremely steep was $10,000. It has been all most a year on the building and house, and three years on the porch and I have had no leaks. There Warranty is two years, I would prefer 5 years. Although I had to make a few minor adjustments, any inconvenience is more than offset by the savings you receive. Tim stayed with his quote and my roof and siding on my home look great. The apartment building looks nice as well.

Excellent! Price was very fair - Tim and his crew fit me in right away when they learned I had a leak. They finished entire job within a week - great to work with and very pleased with the result. I will be using Taylor Builders again for other projects.

Received a quote from Tim within days of me calling him. Did the install the following week. Thought they could do it in one day. It took two days. Second day was mostly clean up. They did a nice job of cleaning up. Listened to loud Mexican music for two days. Not a big issue.
